Great food,great service,atmosphere,great location
Awesome smoked garlic parmegean chicken wings...and the baby back ribs...yummy...
We liked this restaurant since we started going there several months ago, however, tonight's experience was by far the worst. The waitress was lousy right from the start with bringing out cold food & not in a timely manner. We needed to speak to Kim, the manager, who was very apologetic, accommodating and made sure things were correc. Its customer service like this that will make us go back again.
Food okay, service not good. Meals were wrong had to be sent back, took entire meal to get one drink refill, meals came out without sides. Disappointing.
Well, good food, great staff but a bit dirty. Table lanterns were so dusty i wrote dust me in it and you could read it from several tables away. Crumbs jammed between table and wall, bbq sauce splashed on wall and lamp.
