I never write reviews but I could not believe how good my service was while I was waiting for my Togo order today. I was offered a free drink 3 times and 2 different people came out to apologize for the wait. My food was maybe 10 minutes behind.
Party of 5... 2 meals were wrong. 1 burger had a big chunk of I don't even know what in it. 1 burger came out without cheese and tomato, when told it was wrong, the cheese and tomato were delivered on a plate for us to fix ourselves. Poor service, poor quality of food
The food here is great and the wait staff are so nice love this restaurant.
Delicious food & friendly staff. They support the troops & veterans on Veterans day also. Thank you Smokey Bones... That huge gesture means a lot to us. I will always bring my business back .
