The food was very good. The service however, not so much. The server was very slow. I had to ask the hostess up front to find someone to take our order. Server never came back to check on us. Had to ask another for drink refills. Very disappointed in service. Looks like we'll be going back to Velvet smoke from now on!
Friendly staff fun atmosphere and awesome food! Definitely one of my favorite locations!

Best service I've had in a while great staff good food I will definitely be back again.
I love their food but service is horrible. They close the kitchen whenever they feel like it.

We have been there twice now and I'm sure we will be going back! Amazing food, great service! The prices are a little high but its worth it for the quality. Our servers name tonight was Wes. He kept drinks filled, made sure we had everything and had a fun personality! This is my new favorite place!
Service was horrible got there about 12 this after noon and waited 30 min before our waitress even took our order for drinks and 1240 when she finally took our order for food. She kept walking by our table clearly seeing us ready to order we had our menu's closed and then when we went to pay our bills got all mixed up and the manager had to fix them.

For a Rib joint not good, were very very rough. Took over 10 minutes to be served at bar and THIS AFTER I heard someone say you have a person at the bar. I look up and the lady just walks by and more interested in her phone. Was going to get gift cards but NOT. Went back and Tammy the GM made everything right. As always everyone is friendly and polite and nice. Will recommend for sure...how many places make things right? I will be back when I have a chance and you should also if you like RIBS!!!
