Worse service ever!!! I took my mother here for her birthday, when I told the host he just went "ok?" then seated us without a word. We sat there for 10 minutes with no one saying anything to us whole 2 waitresses rolled napkins at the next table. The place was dead and empty. We had a party of 4 ready to celebrated and walked out. Even when we complained to the manager he just went "oh that's not right" and that's it. Will never go there again!
Went here for the first time and wasnt disappointed! We sat at the bar. Micci was our bartender. Drinks were great and service was excellent. She was very personable with a great sense of humor. The food was delicious as well. We will definitely be back!
food was very good, staff was fantastic even with a bus of seniors couldn't ask for better service. Can't wait for next trip here.
Stopped in at 9pm on a Saturday night on our way from PA to NC. My family places their order, we all order ribs as that's our favorite and what we order every time we visit the one in Greensburg PA. Ten to fifteen minutes after we place our order, after we are already finished with appetizers and everything, they come out to inform us they have no ribs! Not to mention the place was dead as can be, the waitress came over maybe three times total....definitely will not be back to this location!

I love this place. it's become a second home. the service is always amazing. management is amazing. karaoke night is always so much fun. I love it here

I'm not really sure what's going on with this Smokey Bones, Austin Walden, but our experience here tonight was absolutely awful. Our waiter Amar was awesome but there's only so much you can do with poor management running the place. The kitchen was super slow and the food was not up to par, not even close actually. The restaurant and bathroom were filthy. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like...and the place is dead.
