Saturday Sept 22nd 2018 6:20pm We have patronized this Smokey Bones quite a few times however tonight we didn't have a good experience there. We ordered our meals, 2 build a burgers with onion rings & two lemon waters. Simple order....except... We waited 34 minutes for our meal to arrive at our table and lukewarm. No matter, we decided not to send it back because of how long it took to get our meal to us to begin with. Our server was Christian. Very friendly. He did a good Job initially. Always come here later at night because I'm also a server. I always sit bar top and usually make sure Logan's working. He's cool af and bs with me while I drink. Place is nice and staff is cool... Highly recommend. If you're thinking shallow...DONT.
Was with a group & our server Dalton did an outstanding job! The food is great!
Came here for a nice night with some friends. Why did I pay $13 for nachos with full chicken bones in them?! Absolutely disgusting, not to mention the choking hazard. Showed it to the server and was told that “it happens sometimes.” Turned around to my almost $14 “gourmet mac and cheese” and had sharp shards of chicken bone in that too! Seriously?! Never coming here again. You can’t charge those prices and say that’s okay.
we just can't stay away from your awesome Hawaiian style steak. The half bar b que chicken is awesome also. LOVE THIS PLACE!!
