Sarae is the absolute best!!! Great personality and very attentive. Every time we come we ask for her.

For my server DaNiya I. She was very attentive and had the biggest smile and joyful energy. She made my experience at Smokey Bones in Springfield IL. super joyful. Can't wait to see her again and the food was GREAT.

The parking lot was complete ice. We were served salads with no silverware, slad dressing (Ceaser) was unedible due to a sour taste. We split the ribs, no extra napkins, no cndiment tray, no wipes. Our waitress never stopped back to our table. All in all, the experience was bad enough to finally right them off as an option for dining out. If I could give them negative stars it would be -5
Where do I start? I made this reservation 4 days ago for 30 people. 28 people showed up. They had a table and 3 booths setup to accommodate. Good so far, right?.... Then our party of 28 people sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes without so much as anyone asking us for our drink orders. People were coming and going around us, after us, and we hadn't so much even had a glass of water while we wait. Waitresses were standing around idle. Overalll unpleasant experience. This was our first visit to this estanlishment. We felt worse after taking with management. We left knowing we will never return to this (or any other) Smokey Bones. We were saddened when we realized the manager was not interested in improving, training or correcting the problems we experienced...only assumed we wanted "free food." There are too many nice restaurants in Roanoke within this price point and style of food to settle for Smokey Bones.
