Having grown up in Texas and living there most of my life, I am VERY picky about BBQ. Especially brisket. I was so happy to find and try SmokeHaus. Their brisket is my favorite around. It’s got great smoke, is fork-tender, and the fat is melt-in-your mouth - perfectly rendered. Another sign of a good brisket is you don’t *need* BBQ sauce, it just makes it better. Food is great! Portions are good! Staff is on it! And they’re really cool peeps! Live music tonight. Great band. Hoping it’s more than an holiday thing.
