We were traveling from Texas and my husband follows this place on Instagram. So glad we decided to stop and try it. Delicious food and the guys on the truck were so nice! We will definitely be back next time we are in TN!
I like to fashion myself as a BBQ connoisseur, having grown up in the Carolinas and lived in/near other BBQ areas like Texas, KC, etc. This is legitimately some VERY good bbq. The brisket is excellent, the queso mac and cheese is great, and the chicken is probably the juiciest smoked chicken I’ve ever had. You should definitely pay them a visit - I believe it’s well worth your time.
I was driving with the windows down, and the smell alone made me turn around. Great food, these guys really hooked me up after not being able to grab food all day.
This is some great bbq, served up by some really nice folks, in a really neat food truck area with a pavilion. After driving by it a couple times, I stopped in a few months ago for a top notch pulled pork sandwich. I stopped in today and got the brisket burger and a jalapeño cheddar link. I have had 'cue from some of the famous places in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia and a few other places. The food is delicious! We had family in from out of town and wanted to try out Smoked Pickle -- lots of recommendations to do so! I reached out on Instagram to see if we could do a larger order on a Wednesday for a Friday pickup and they were so accommodating. They even shared what we should order for the large group. The guys on site were super friendly and had everything ready and packed up for me at pickup. I highly recommend adding this to your next BBQ dinner list! Looking forward to eating here again.
