I have lived here in Smoke Tree mobile for over 15 years Christine has been the best manager ever. She is kind, thoughtful, very respectful and she tries really hard to please everyone

I have finally got to meet Christine and visit with her. She has a lot on her shoulders. She really tries very hard to do a good job. She cares for everyone in the park could not ask for a better manager

I have lived here for many years this management that is currently working here now does or does not do whatever she wants to do and there is nothing we can do have a vehicle stolen. Ask for the cameras call the police well we don’t know if it was stolen or not. She didn’t know how to work the cameras that were coming into the park or over by the pet spa why have security cameras if you do not know how to work them or you refuse to help the people that you work here, she claims she did not have the vehicle towed because it w... read more

Management sent out a letter telling us not to throw our trash on top of the dumpster it was a health hazard they should’ve thought about that before they started to sell three families this was a senior park the trash will increase when you have more people living here the water bill will also increase our rent is increasing they only care about their pocketbooks not the people

mobile home management threatens to have your car towed if you park in visitors parking so if you have an overnight guest or a relative that comes in the middle of the night they could get their car towed even if I was to park there overnight because I needed to use my driveway I could get my vehicle towed management is making this place miserable for people to live here the owners suck
