Who ever heard of going to a BBQ place and not eating any que? I did this for lunch recently when in town with my college-age son in search of zombies. I chose the Farmer's Daughter Sliders from the Smoke Ring's menu, and I never regretted missing out on the que. Always a fun time! Erin, Tica, and Taylor are my favorite bartenders! They're always entertaining and friendly. The craft drinks are delicious and the food is even better. I love the smoked wings and the huge onion rings. Definitely a must if you're around the Dome!
Hawt Wife and I slipped in for an early, beat the crowd, no reservation Valentines weekend supper. As a farm raised Texas boy, the brisket was like my daddy's. That's huge. For 52 years I have not touched Brussels Sprouts until tonight...cleaned my plate! Thanks Jordan for a happy meal with my lady and thanks Erin for the best bevs ITP! We will see you again real soon.
Visited Smoke Ring for the first. Excellent service. Our waiter Erchell Hamilton was excellent. Very attentive and made sure we were taken good care of. Made excellent suggestions. Erchell provided excellent customer service. I wish all waiters had his enthusiasm.
Went to Smoke Ring in. Castleberry. Traffic was horrible from Battle of the Bands dispersing. Appetizer of fried green tomatoes nachos was delicious. Went for the Pork Belly for my cousin but they were out :-( . German sausage spicy, Big wings, Turkey leg and Baby Back Ribs was good but they thought the Pulled Pork was bland but the bbq sauce fixed it. Sides sound familiar but Smoke added their own twist. This place is awesome! I highly recommend eating here. The food is AMAZING! The chipotle corn and the brussel sprouts are some of my favorites! I tip my hat to the chef Jordan. The food is consistently awesome. The GM Kelly, and the staff is really nice. Ask for Erschel he will take care of you. One of the best places to eat in Atlanta hands down!
