The Manager grabs random people waiting and seats them even though we were there first. They were Out of pulled pork at a bbq place on a Thursday and the waitress waits to tell us after we order it? Ribs were crispy to the point of crunchy and meatless, collards way too sweet, chicken extremely dry. waitress told My husband she could try to " scrounge up" some pork. I have eaten Smoke more than the average person and I have never once been disappointed. Even if you are not a huge BBQ person, the Smoking Rachel and many other choices off the menu will never disappoint. With that being said, on top of everything that comes out of the kitchen being delicious, I know everything I eat has been prepared to the best of it's ability, because I have witnessed how concerned the kitchen is with quality and cleanliness throughout the workday. My favorite place for barbecue, I've never been disappointed! Had phenomenal service tonight, ask for Toyia, she was absolutely the best server I've ever had anywhere!
