Chili with brisket! All I can say is that my tummy was so happy, and yes I did my happy food dance! Forrest Warren you are truly the Boss Hog of BBQ!!!! The LFA Peninsula Lupus Support Group had a great time eating delicious food at Smoke - BBQ Restaurant & Bar! I didn't get to take a picture of my food this time. I had to dive in. The food and service was good but they were very slow about getting my wife’s pizza out to us. I don’t mind tipping for good service and most occasions I think that I tip well. I was dining with my wife and 4 small children. When the bill came they automatically added 20% to my bill. I asked the manager about it and he said that at the bottom of the menu it states that 20% will be added to parties 6 or more and it has to be paid regardless as to how we thought the service was.
Amazing food as always! You will not go home hungry with the huge portions. My favorite is the pulled pork platter. We make sure to stop in whenever we are near Newport News.
Beautiful outdoor deck! Love the atmosphere, the friendly vibe and the excellent service. The owners are fantastic and will go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. Oh and the pizza is amazing too!!
I happened to spend a day in Williamsburg with my wife and look at the surrounding area. As the night progressed we wanted to grab a bite to eat and being from New Jersey, we drove around and happened to see Smoke because of the inviting lights and decor out front as we drove by. We decided to give it a try. What we got was a fantastic server named "Jamison" who was always there when needed. I ordered the Brisket entree and my wife had the Cobb salad.
