Great BBQ and atmosphere. On business and so glad I was referred to this place. Had the ribs and brisket. Heaven! The Guinness was great too.

We were seated right away. Our server was always available. The food was hot & delicious. Great smoke on the beef ribs, brisket & chicken. The smoked sausage sandwich was amazing-roll was a little big but I would get it again. The sides!!!! Yum-coleslaw was good, mac & cheese was thicker than I like but great flavor! Greens & baked beans tops! They are so worth a visit if your in Newport News! I would definitely go back!

The food was good but I did not like that it was 6 of us 3 adults and 3 kids. They counted our 2, 3 and 5 yr old kids as if they were adults and charged us $12 gratuity, these kids meals are barely anything. I won’t be going back because this is not very family friendly in my opinion. I have never experienced this before.
Leigh is the best manager at smokey bones and Cierra is a really great bartender and is all ways satisfying the guests Wally is also a great prep cook and smoker
The food is delicious the staff is awesome overall a great place to eat and a must visit, I took my father in law and he loved the turkey I’ll definitely be going back every time I’m in town

Ordered our Thanksgiving turkey thru Smoke. It was the best turkey I’ve ever had. Thanks Smoke for helping make our Thanksgiving so wonderful.
