unfortunately bad experience; make payment and they did not send; They canceled the purchase and I do not receive my money back.
Ordered through AmazonPay. Get a phone call saying there was an issue with it. Money had already been taken out of my account for it though. So he asked if he could cancel it and redo the order over the phone. Sure ok. But now I still have not gotten a refund from the AmazonPay order. So I have now paid twice. With no refund. If I don’t get one soon I will be going to my bank as well.
Place an order -Thursday, January 31st , 2019 at 1p EST. Still waiting on confirmation. I keep reading about the "super fast shipping" below from other consumers but as a first-time customer - that's not what I'm experiencing.

Spent every min I have owned this device just trying to get 1 vape. All the screws fell out amongst other problems. This brand sucks... terribly.
Made an order in the store for liquid starstruck order was big for $ 700 ( money was written off from the card ) requested a passport scan , sent 😀 I get the answer that this product is over , let’s replace it with another similar taste , l refused and requested a refund , after which I didn’t receive any response from them and donated money ! Requested a chargeback at the bank ! Scammers !
