Misleading description, item said coil(S), I ordered two, thinking I would get two packs of coils. I opened up 3 layers of packaging to find 2 individual coils, all of this and rude service for almost $20. The customer service rep couldn’t care less and argued with me on it. Someone is supposed to call back later to address this, if so, I’ll address this review. In the meantime, I went directly to eleaf’s website and ordered two 5 packs for less than $30.
