Rude for no reason
Found this place on a group on. I have never left a bad review but the person working was so rude and slow for no reason. If you can go somewhere else even a block away it would be better.
Incorrectly smogged my vehicle and then printed out faulty paperwork. They can't really seem to get a grip. Now I have to pay extra because of their mistakes. I also caught them talking really rudely to another customer. Avoid
I arrived and there was no wait. Eric was friendly and efficient, honored my discount coupon from the website, and I was out quickly with a completed smog. I'll return for the next smog I need.
The guy was pretty grumpy. I told him I had just got the car, a 1998 Land Cruiser, and needed a smog check before transferring title. He seemed annoyed that I wasn’t the owner on the registration.
