Went for a smog he said he has to charge extra 30 cuz he cant see underneath due to the plate on my prius and said its illegal but it was a recall for all prius and it was done in the dealership so i know its bs. And this is not my first smog test on this car. 100 for a smog is ridiculous.
Unfortunately my experience with smog was very disappointing.He made promises that he didn’t keep and was not honest in his communication.I expected transparency and reliability ,but instead I felt misled.I value honesty and good service and unfortunately,I found neither here .
In and out, quick service!
I had to return 4 times for the second smog test. The equipment kept braking down even though the technician assured me that it was working. It finally worked and I was charged $106.75 and waisted much time . The service person was rude and unapologetic. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
