Called beforehand to clarify my groupon voucher was valid & said it should work. When I showed up he said “I thought you meant the coupon”. Time was wasted, & I figured that I had to go to the one in Venice. Though he tried to help, my time was wasted.
Went for a smog he said he has to charge extra 30 cuz he cant see underneath due to the plate on my prius and said its illegal but it was a recall for all prius and it was done in the dealership so i know its bs. And this is not my first smog test on this car. 100 for a smog is ridiculous.
Unfortunately my experience with smog was very disappointing.He made promises that he didn’t keep and was not honest in his communication.I expected transparency and reliability ,but instead I felt misled.I value honesty and good service and unfortunately,I found neither here .
