My husband and I have been using smog plus for our DMV services since 2021, and I can tell you that this company and their staff have went downhill dramatically. This location in particular, we did two DMV transactions this past week, and my husband really didn’t want me to leave this review because he said the young lady that works at this location that drives the Hyundai SUV is very very nice super sweet. Friendly. Profesional. Great service.
I’ve been coming here for about 3 years, but not anymore. I waited in line like usual, and when it was finally my turn, the employee told me, “You’re after the guy standing over there on the left side of the parking lot.” The problem is there’s no clear line, no signs, and no markings showing where the queue starts. It shouldn’t be that hard to organize. The bigger issue is the pricing. Drove all the way here and they’re closed for lunch. Should put that on their hours.
I came here because I had a coupon, but accidentally left it at home. Smog was $28. Would return again. If you want registration renewal the service charge is $15 for it to be mailed or $40 to pick up next day.
