I’ve been bringing my Mustang here for years. Everyone is always welcoming and professional. I’m always in and out, which is huge in my book. Highly recommend!
They double book here, so you run the chance of showing up and they tell you your reservation is gone. Suggest staying away.
Excellent experience this morning at Smog Star Express Walnut Creek. The team was young, professional, and clearly took pride in providing great customer service. They were efficient, friendly, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. I also appreciated the transparent pricing—no surprises, no upselling, just exactly what was promised. The entire process was smooth, organized, and flawlessly executed. It’s refreshing to see a business run this well. Highly recommend if you need a fast and hassle-free smog check.
Fast same day service, called for availability, all done within 45 minutes

He came back and said they will honor the price they had originally quoted. I was impressed by that. As a small business owner, that’s what I would have done for my customers as well. Thank you.
