Excellent experience this morning at Smog Star Express Walnut Creek. The team was young, professional, and clearly took pride in providing great customer service. They were efficient, friendly, and had me in and out much faster than I expected. I also appreciated the transparent pricing—no surprises, no upselling, just exactly what was promised. The entire process was smooth, organized, and flawlessly executed. It’s refreshing to see a business run this well. Highly recommend if you need a fast and hassle-free smog check.

I made an appointment over the phone and was quoted a price. When I showed up, they told me sorry we have a new employee and he quoted you the wrong price. They apologized so I was going to just leave and go to my usual shop. But then he said let me check with our boss because we quoted you the price. Let’s see what we can do.
