Love this place! I always come here for my smog and registration renewal. Today I pulled up and Kean greeted me with a pleasant welcome as soon as I stepped out the truck. He completed my smog test, registration renewal, answered a few questions, took my payment and had me out the door in 10 minutes tops. He was very friendly and thorough. Thank you, Kean, for excellent service! This is my go-to spot, I'll be back next year!
Christian was unprofessional/ slamming his computer equipment that didn’t work. Disengaged from us and showing us he didn’t want to be helping us. Made multiple mistakes on the paperwork which the DMV loves to see that and showed frustration for making his own mistakes. Never had this much of a problem with past vehicles I’ve owned. Don’t think we will be going through them again!
