Look, we all have rough days. These guys work in the heat and can experience some rude people time to time. I drove up to this location, had a couple questions and the man that was working this day has ZERO customer service. He immediently began to complain about the other smog locations employee down the way from him, saying he doesnt want to work. I asked a couple questions that weren't anything serious, such as price, the year of my car and how their details work, along with some other basic questions. NOTHING out of the ... read more
The guy working here is absolutely miserable. Never said a word. Will not be taking my cars here. And will tell my friends and family
Bad customer service
Don't even bother going to this location. Year after year their machine is ALWAYS down. I've never been able to get a Smog test done there because the same guy always says the machine is down but yet he's still there collecting the hours and the paycheck. Don't waste your time. Then the guy sends you to a location way further away when there's one at 3711 ft Apache which is way closer and actually always in service. Seems like a worker issue and not a machine issue after so many years of the same thing
