I've been going here for a decade, but I'm done with them, because of the recent price hike. Back in the days, they had decent online coupon I could use. Nowadays, they'll only take up to $5 off through competitor's coupon (they don't have their own coupons), but even with the $5 off, it's way more expensive than their competitors. I don’t complain about the fee, I am voting 1 star for the crew - a guy, I am new here, I mean in the US, and of course my english is not very good, but not too bad, I came in and just wanted to do a smog check and to me, that guy is a racist, I heard clearly that he asked me “What are you gonna do the smog check for?” And I said I am doing it for renew my registration, and that guy showed me like he didn’t understand intentionally what I said while I said twice, even third or fourth times. My upper teen son went there today with a check engine light one- his first car he doesn't know anything about cars. This company took $35 from him and the test failed as expected with the lights on! This is not fair and the money must be refunded!
Showed me an invoice $27 and charged me $33.5 - thought they were more honest - always double check...
