Got my car smogged and renewed on 5/22/25, almost 1 month later and still have yet to receive tags. Only get excuses. If there were a place where you can post negative stars, this would be -5.
I went to get my smog check last week and let me tell you. There is a guy there by the name of "Cody" who gave me the best customer service experience Ive ever had at a smog check place. Incredibly professional and polite it was a pleasure to visit. I really felt like I should be tipping him if it were allowed. If Cody's managers are reading this, please consider giving him a raise or a promotion. He's amazing!
Fast test and the guy was super friendly and explained the process to my mom when asked.
