Horrible communication! I never once got a call from them. They text me to say I was missing something then I had to call multiple times until someone finally said hey the DMV wouldn’t accept it but let me help you get this fixed. Then I had to call a few more times for updates and no one had anything for me. But today I call for an update and they say you’re in luck it’s at the hut you went to for service. Went in to do an out of state title transfer, registration, & smog. Shawn had me out in 45 mins! This is my second time there and it’s never been anything but a positive experience. 10/10 would recommend !!
I went over three twice this week and trying to get smog done on my car. First time I was told the system was done for the day meanwhile he was doing smog for a customer who came before me. Second time was June 11th, I waited a little bit until he finished with current customer then walked up to the booth. I got a smog on Saturday and it was truly the best experience! I recently moved from a state that does not require a smog. I was nervous and did not know what to expect, but Molly made the process seamless and easy! Bonus points for the feminine energy! Definitely made me feel more comfortable being helped by a woman!
