I have used them many times in the past, and they were great. I just went by there at 12:04pm. Their door was closed, and there was a sign on their door that said they were closed. The hours on Google says open until 4pm. You should update your hours on Google if you are going to close for lunch.
i’ve went to this exact same Smog Busters two years in a row and each time it’s closed during business hours. I arrived at 3pm today and see the closed sign even though google says it closes at 6pm.
Daniel was not polite at all to customers. He was very impatient and he was yelling at one of the customer who was waiting. Very unprofessional, he was slamming the hood of my car. Smog Buster should get rid of this guy.
Daniel is not only funny, he's good at his job too. In and out in about 20mins.
I tried to call the corporate office to state this complaint instead of leaving a review, but no one answers the phone. Sadly, this is the second year in a row that the technician didn’t expect me after I made an appointment online. Daniel was gracious and took care of me before another customer who was there before me, but he should have been aware of my appointment.
