It was time to get my annual smog check and I went to the same chain but a different location than I usually visit. The woman who helped me had a few people to deal with & was very efficient and polite.
Guy was smoking a cigarette in the booth when I pulled up. Didn't put it out until after a few minutes from starting the service to my car. After all was finally done he had the nerve to ask for a tip once he ran the card. I gave him a dollar but for that dollar I wanted to make sure it's highlighted in a review the service was horrible and will not be coming back to this station in the future.
Great service and quick. $29 a little than usual but convenient location so went with it.
They charge almost thirty dollars which is a rip off !!!!!! you can get this done somewhere else for 9.99 like perfect auto which you can decline there recommended maintenance like oil or spark plugs only thing painless about this place they will take your money !!!! that's not true they don't hold your car i watched them i go there every year never had any issues so i don't know what your talking about stop making this stuff up stop lying you are the owner you should no better than trying talk your way out of this its not m... read more
