I contacted Smitty's about what appeared to be a defective bill mechanism. Because we were close to his shop he offered to swing by and have a quick look. He tested a few things and quickly determined one of our cans was blocking a passage way which caused the machine to shutdown. Once the can was removed, the machine perked right up. He was kind enough to offer to waive the visit fee. His only request? A cold can of Fresca. A wonderful experience for me. It's great to see people like Smitty are still around.

I have been a Smitty's Customer since 1997 and have purchased quite a few machines from them . They are very reasonable in their pricing and always have stood good on any warranty problems. The Parts Department gets things out the same day if you order on time. They also have a deep stock of used parts for the hard to find items. We are a retail pet supply store and depend heavily on our freezers for raw food for our customers. We had a compressor on one of our commercial freezers go out. It was under a manufacturer warranty. We contacted the manufacturer who contacted Smitty's and we received immediate response. Bought a used snack machine a few years ago, the guy who sold it to me was very nice and serviced it a couple of times but was hard to reach. Finding Smitty's was a blessing. These people have great knowledge of parts, pieces and machines. Professional and quick service. Highly recommend. P.S. We bought a used drink machine from them that works great.

We bought two used vending machines. They set up all the drink slots. They trained me on all the features including setting prices. My bill acceptor started having issues a few months after purchase and they replaced it within a day of contacting them! I've pleased with everything, from selection, set up, and service needs.
