They do not perform a soap & water test to determine if there are any leaks. They sent me a tire with a leaking sidewall that could not be repaired. So far trying to return this tire has been a hassle and they have failed to respond to my return requests or provide a return shipping label.
I took my car to get 2 new front tires on and they destroyed one of my rims. Also the tires are horrible, I get zero traction even on a dry road.
Horrible experience,ordered 4 tires off of them,2 of them was at their other store,said they could get them and have al 4 at their shop,when I came at the appointed time and day,they never got them from the other shop and said I was supposed to get them,came back the next day they had all 4,asked for the best tire be used as spare,after my tires was changed I checked my car,all 4 of my custom Audi metal valve stem caps that I got from Audi was gone,they got the guy who changed them and he told me and I quote “ they’re fuckin... read more
I called in at 3 I asked if they have 2 tires the gentleman said yes come on in. I got the tires off the car and took them to the store. I get there place is dirty and a mechanic came out and told me they are f$&@ busy please leave. This will be my first and only visit to chumps BEWARE they treat you like trash �

Ordered a tire for 81 dollars on amazon, the tread was as described. However the tire had 3 small punctures on the sidewall. My return was approved, so i will be sending it back. However when I called to see if i could have the same tire sent to me at the same price, i was told that wasnt an option and id have to place a new order, and pay more for the same tire. Thats just not good business..
Always get my tires from this place I never had to wait too long for installation. They have good tires that are affordable.
Good prices. But... They initially were going to try to keep a good tire that was on the car. Less than 1000 miles on it. They brought it out without an issue. When I got home I discovered the valve caps weren't on. WTF. The cost of the tires are excellent. But finding the caps missing soured my review and them not returning the good tire initially bothered me. I want my valve stem caps back but I'm not driving all the way back to West Mifflin.
