RecommendedI purchased 4 tires from champs and 1 of the for was not holding air I had them installed at a different company and even though they did not install them they are helping me out and replacing them free of charge I highly recommend them because if you have a problem with there tires they will do what they can to fix there mistake wich is hard to find in most tire companies I believe that deserve a 5 star just from my experience
Bought a tire from there Ebay store. Tire had a large plug in it. Tread was cracked and burnt and peeling from what looks like burnouts. Stay away!
im one of those people that worked for this garbage establishment. first and foremost, you should hear how they talk about their customers, how managment is unbelievably incompetent. not to mention in my current experience that for the entire time i worked there they didn't report a single wage. if you want a group led by an incompetent scumbag that drastically underpays employees, refuses to turn on the heat in freezing conditions... then by all means go to this establishment. theres a reason why theres a lawsuit impending.
yall are a joke of a operation that got worse during this pandemic do not go here thinking this is a well ran business its not even close!
Horrible customer service. They did an alignment on my car. My mechanic put four new tires on my car and had Champs do the alignment. They worked on it for four hours and couldn’t get right. My car then breaks down after and has to be towed. My mechanic recommended having the dealership run a full diagnostic. The result were that the tire rod came apart causing the steering rack to break. Champs now claims that they never alignment my car and that my mechanic is lying. the guy behind the counter was cool scratch my wheels dirty the hell out of the interior then said what do you want me to do about it
I was in and out fast and the price was reasonable.
