Extremely disappointed with the service I received on 2 separate occasions. Less than a year ago, they replaced my radiator after mine had a crack in it. Recently my car started running hot and would borderline overheat on the highway. I also had no heat in the cabin. Thought it might be a thermostat. Brought it in and was told the problem was a temperature sensor that was replaced. Charged me almost $400. Two days later, I experienced the same problem. Brought the vehicle to the dealer. MISOGYNIST: I went for a tire repair, during which they broke a lug nut and apparently gave me a tire with a puncture in it. (I had to inflate it routinely.) Not to mention, Smitty's Service Center charged me for the lug nut (after they told me they broke themselves), unlike Hank Mays, where I was told that Smitty's "should not have charged" me for it. After replacing the tire at Hank Mays, when I finally confronted the owner of Smitty's, he cursed me out. Needless to say, I will never return. I suggest you avoid this busine... read more
Thank you very much to the team at Smitty's.They were heroes to accommodate repairing a punctured tire on Thanksgiving morning. Our Thanksgiving trip was able to proceed on schedule thanks to Smitty's.
