Chad and Tracy did a remarkable job on getting our house repaired after the March 8 hailstorm. They both know how to deal with the insurance companies. Quite a few items were added to the initial inspection after Chad sent pictures of additional repair. Repairs were done in the proper order and to specification. Chad and Taylor are the absolute best people to work with. I have never had a company/vendor work so hard for me to see that every i was dotted and t crossed. Prompt responses and excellent work ethic were very evident in all areas.
