My water heater went out. Smitty's Air Llc was there the next day and got it working before the end of day. Very professional and clean. Thank you :)

Needed a new furnace fast. Smitty's Air LLC was there right away. They were clean and professional. I would hire again for sure.
Although they started out promising, things rapidly deteriorated. We hired them for a $15,00] HVAC job, and they put in a new furnace and sidearm. But, when we got to our cabin, the upstairs heat wasn't working, and there were large holes in the wall where the exhaust pipes went. We called them, emailed repeatedly, but they never completed the job We finally had to hire another contractor to finish the job they started 3 months earlier. Excuse after excuse led to a horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE!
