I was fortunate enough to sit in Michael’s chair for 4 years. I never liked my hair because I could never work with it. He was calm and helpful. I hated to have to move to another state!

Alisha is incredible! You have to schedule well in advance because of how popular she is, but it is worth the wait. She is a red coloring expert, as well as highlighting, balyage, and perfect blow outs. When she was out on maternity leave I worked with Ashley instead and she was great as well for coloring. The shampoo head massages are always a highlight of the experience too. It isn't cheap, but it is definitely worth the cost - high quality hair care.
I have been going to smitten for the past 7 years and I’ve never looked back as this place is simply amazing.
