I had refills coming up in a couple of days and Smithsburg Pharmacy told me about them and low behold they already had them filled and in the bag with my other scripts WOW ! Love this.... Saved me another trip back out amazing.... And the owner is just so friendly and treats you with respect!

If I could give 100 stars I would!! I had my Rx filled today (less than 5 mins) The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly. Born and raised in Smithsburg I have always used Home care pharmacy due to the small town atmosphere and service. Since they have closed I have needed to drive out to town to get my Rx filled. I was so pleased to hear that Smithsburg Pharmacy was opening up and couldn't wait to try them out!
