Smithsburg Pharmacy filled my husband's prescription, which other local pharmacies never have in stock even though we were using only them to refill the medicine. We also had new insurance and Smithsburg Pharmacy took care of all of the pre-authorization mess for us! (That has NEVER happened before). Plus, the customer service was excellent! It's great to have this new business in our area!! Come out and support them so we can keep great small businesses like this in Smithsburg!!
Customer service was excellent. .They will even make home deliveries if needed. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
The staff are friendly and were able to price match several prescriptions for my family. Wait time was less than 10 minutes of calling in several refills. Hours and location are convenient. The delivery option is nice if you are sick and cannot drive.
Finally a pharmacy in Smithsburg that cares and has your medicine. Love them. Won't go anywhere else.
I just walked out of Smithsburg Pharmacy with a smile on my face. Had a very nice conversation with the owner, very pleasant . He helped me out so much with my meds. You can't compare the other pharmacy in Smithsburg with this one, it doesn't even come close. Needless to say, I will be getting my prescriptions filled here from now on. 5+ stars from me.
Went to have a prescription filled for my niece there yesterday...was literally there less than 10 minutes!!! How wonderful to not have to spend forever waiting to have a prescription filled. The owner was super nice and friendly and even told me to be sure to tell my niece he said hello since she wasn't with me! (He had spoke to her by phone earlier in the day).
