Passing through TBay from Toronto to Calgary, I was hard up finding help with a ladder to install a new fridge roof vent when mine broke off. Thank you so much to the wonderful people at Smith"s RV for their kind support in helping a gal in need by installing it for me. Shout out to Lori and Jesse! Im now feeling better to take continue on my journey. 😁
Great friendly service and sales, the team made sure we were hooked up and safe for the four hour trip home.
We purchased a new 2023 grand design fifth wheel from Smith’s RV and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. Excellent processes. Ben, the general manager treated us very well, Calynn our sales person also was very professional and courteous. Trevor in the service dept was phenomenal, knew his stuff, Dave did the walk around when we picked up our trailer, he was phenomenal. Overall a five star experience.
