Dont care about you after purchase. They exist if you want a trailer in a pinch, but a fully recommended going literally anywhere else. I signed a predatory loan (my young self problem, fully responsible for not reading all of it). (Paying 91k on a 65k trailer). They installed a break controller in my dodge 1500 and because its not leveled properly it goes off all the time. Looks like a high school kids shop project. Passing through TBay from Toronto to Calgary, I was hard up finding help with a ladder to install a new fridge roof vent when mine broke off. Great friendly service and sales, the team made sure we were hooked up and safe for the four hour trip home.
We purchased a new 2023 grand design fifth wheel from Smith’s RV and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. Excellent processes. Ben, the general manager treated us very well, Calynn our sales person also was very professional and courteous. Trevor in the service dept was phenomenal, knew his stuff, Dave did the walk around when we picked up our trailer, he was phenomenal. Overall a five star experience.
