Amazing service, all departments were very professional and made you feel welcome. Rv was better than expected.
I went to Smiths RV buy a new valve for my RV toilet. The person working the parts counter looked at me like I was from another planet and had no idea what I was talking about. When I finally figured out the part number, he told me it would take over a week to ship it to the store. I found the same part on Amazon for half the price and could have gotten it within a couple of days. Mike the salesman was completely and utterly dedicated to us and completing an informed sale, knowledgeable and very responsive, I’d reccomend anyone looking for an rv take the time to talk to Mike and see what smiths RV has to offer!
Dont care about you after purchase. They exist if you want a trailer in a pinch, but a fully recommended going literally anywhere else. I signed a predatory loan (my young self problem, fully responsible for not reading all of it). (Paying 91k on a 65k trailer). They installed a break controller in my dodge 1500 and because its not leveled properly it goes off all the time. Looks like a high school kids shop project.
