We purchased a new 2023 grand design fifth wheel from Smith’s RV and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. Excellent processes. Ben, the general manager treated us very well, Calynn our sales person also was very professional and courteous. Trevor in the service dept was phenomenal, knew his stuff, Dave did the walk around when we picked up our trailer, he was phenomenal. Overall a five star experience.
