If it were an option I would give them zero stars. Highly recommend to run the other way when considering them for your heating and plumbing needs. They completely botched my tankless water heater install and caused my brand new unit to break. Photos attached show they hooked the vent into an old chimney which I now learned is a #1 NO NO for tankless units. They need to vented with PVC exhaust and side vented for proper airflow and pressure. No install for fresh air intake. They also didn’t install a flush out below for year... read more
