Drs Susan Smith, Christa Wirges have an outstanding practice. I have a very busy schedule and they were able to accommodate on short notice. Professional, Friendly and Flexibility! We always feel like family from the moment we walk I the door until the moment we walk out the door! We love the cavity free month drawings, as it motivates us to be cavity free each visit to be placed in monthly drawings.
I'm new to Las Vegas; I chose Dr. Smith's office because it is close to where I live and my son-in-law had already gone there. Surroundings mean a lot to me, so the pleasant ambiance of the office got me off to a good start. Assistant Chastity was good at explaining some procedures that were new to me, which put me at ease: if I understand something, I'm more likely to accept it. I have been to a lot of dentists in my life, and this dental office is by far the best I've ever been associated with. ALL areas are exemplary, from front office, facilities, the dentists, hygienists, and assistants. My hygienist, Brenda, is absolutely the BEST. Very conscientious, thorough, careful, concerned and friendly. I don't "dread" going to the dentist because these folks are that good, and they care about their patients.
I was referred here by a friend and so happy I was. Dr Smith was not only friendly but very informative so I knew exactly what to expect. Her assistant was just as friendly and warm. They did an emergency extraction and as odd as it sounds it was one of my best dental experiences. I would highly recommend Dr Smith if you are looking for a great dentist and a place that makes you feel at ease.
Dr. Susan Smith & her staff are awesome! My husband & I love them!! I have been going to them for years! I moved back to the east coast 4 years ago, but travel to NV twice a year to visit friends. I schedule my dential appointments around my visits to keep Dr Susan Smith & her staff as my dental team!! 😃
