Pharmacy is fine but their automated system is broken. Refilled prescriptions don’t get filled by the time they say they will if you use the automated system. When you get called and told they’re ready it’s about a 50/50 that they actually are. I’d say if you want to use this pharmacy plan on coming in, asking for your refill, then go do your grocery shopping and come back to pick them up after. This is a terrible pharmacy. It's hard to figure why, but this pharmacy is consistently the slowest I've ever been to. On top of that, there is a pharmacist there named Monique who is one of the most unpleasant and rudest people I've ever spoken too. She literally doesn't smile, and she seemingly goes in slow motion. Even though we do all our shopping at Smiths, we are switching to a new pharmacy.

These people are always helpful. This is the Smith’s at Bengal BLVD, Cottonwood Heights UT. The entire pharmacy staff is top notch, friendly, helpful and kind.
