Why is it so hard to get a refill ? Ive never had so many problems with getting my medications than here, No matter how soon in advance i ask for a refill it's never ready. I went to get my medications they say the got sent to the old pharmacy and i'll have to wait for it to get refilled and that it'll take 30 minutes, I leave because I have things to do, I Come back and it's still not ready and have to wait 20 minutes at the store. Rx took a long time to prepare, but they did help to get me some discounts for an expensive medicine.
People work and rely on meds, really inconvenient to close early for Black Friday when it’s not even a recognized holiday, not even banks get the day off so this doesn’t make sense other than just closing early for no good reason. Not only that, the reviews are telling and I should have taken that into consideration before choosing this pharmacy. Will be switching to a more professional and reliable one.
