I just can't afford to shop at Smith's anymore.

It's a gas station nothing special
I am an over 70 senior citizen. This was my first time at the Smith's N. Jones location. Walking about the store to get famalilar with it was like walking through a maze. It didn't seem to have much order to the floor plan. Also the store's cleanliness was subpar compared to the Smith's I usulally go to. After a bit I had to use the rest room. When located I found it to be locked. I spoke to one of the cashiers who told me she would get someone to unlock it. Well this took a while. At least 5 minutes. And at my age the wait ... read more

We were at Smith's in Kingman last night at the self-checkout and had 4 coupons for 4 creamer and the employee came over to take coupons but JESSICKA told the employee that we could only use 1 coupon and we know the coupon policy is you could use up to 5 coupons for 5 individual products so we asked for the manager to come over to assist but the manager ABDUL refused to come over and then were told OK, we can do it just THIS ONE TIME. So, basically they admitted WE ARE RIGHT THAT YOU CAN USE UP TO 5 COUPONS.
