The worst pharmacy. Their automated phone system is frustrating and doesn’t work. The people who work there don’t care either. I thought I would use this pharmacy instead of Walmart because it is closer, boy do I regret that decision.
Every time I have to interact with certain people who work in the pharmacy, I am disrespected, then when I go to complain, the pharmacist/manager completely negates my statements, disregards my concerns, shows no care whatsoever that should be shown by healthcare providers. They lie, they don’t let you know if they are out of a medication until it’s time to go pick it up, they are rude on the phone and I’d recommend any pharmacy other than this one. 1/10, would NOT recommend to anyone.
Good staff, they are helpful in getting you the best price on your medication. If you shop at Smith's regularly, this should be your go to pharmacy.
This pharmacy is terrible. They never call to let you know a prescription is ready, and you could have been waiting for days. Most recently I waited 6 hours after the doctor's office confirmed Smiths had received my prescription order, still hadn’t heard anything so I called and they hadn’t even started on it! The prescription was an antibiotic for my baby who was in a lot of pain so I called and asked for a rush and they said they would get working on it as soon as possible.
