This is a great pharmacy, always helpful, nice people and fast.
I’m reluctant to even give 1 star to be honest… terrible customer service and apparently operating hours are whenever they feel like it. They’re obviously lazy or Incompetent, or both. If you don’t like your job enough to adhere to the posted hours of operation, then work somewhere else. Anyways, Smiths Pharmacy (Provo location) is garbage…
I have been coming to Provo Smith’s Pharmacy for 30+ years and have been very pleased with their service! By and large their staff is friendly and helpful. Ofc you’ll get one having a bad day here or there but that is NOT the norm! They are easy to work with, help me find best prices, and answer all my questions. I love accessing the pharmacy through the Smiths app to order my refills and getting a text when they’re ready to be picked up—so easy!!!
They got good milk, and deals. It’s like a game shopping here I love it. Great rewards too. And they got the rain and thunder effect over the veggies. So sick. Staff has always been terrific and friendly
Good deals, clean store,did wish it had more options.
