I shop here all the time and generally am pleased. Today my husband forgot a bag of produce at the register. We were told that if we bring the receipt back we could get the food we lost. We could not find the receipt, so I called Customer Service to see if they could look up my purchase through my Smith's Card. The phone rang for over 18 minutes with no one picking up. SMITHS I bought a pork roast on sale and I divided into two and roasted 1/2. Noticed label over previous label. Meat was cyrovac to retain freshness, so fine but with curiosity I looked under the label and that label had a discount sale price with sell by date: 2/2/16 and I bought the meat on 3/1/16. The top label did not specify to use by certain date so I don't really know when this meat was originally packaged and how old it actually was from first packing.
Love this smiths and the variety of organics isn't bad either. The store is always clean and well stocked
Very disappointed with Deli purchases on Monday, 2/13/17 1) oven baked potatoes not cooked thoroughly. 2)Potato casserole unbaked potatoes - almost crunchy. 3)roasted chicken thigh - pink at bone
I don't like the way they treat customers! I hate to see that Abdul mofo! He's a heartless and inconsiderate. How did he become director? It's sickening bleh....
I can only grant them one star, because the Deli department is generally filthy...! The trash can is usually quite full The tables and the floor area beneath the pop machine are in urgent need of repair and are absolutely filthy... Cashiers do not care about paying attention to properly enter my telephone number in order that I can avail of the cheaper gas/petrol prices through Smith's earned.reward points system!
Donald, the tall assistant director yelled at my wife today at the top of his lungs, all for helping her friend with a coupon situation. She came home crying. All the cashiers and other people stopped and stared as he was yelling. A total uncalled for embarrassment bordering on assault charges. The wife of Donald made a complaint against Abdul earlier this year, the head director, for treating assistant directors badly. It seems that Donald is stressed from Abdul and that came down on my wife this evening.
This Smiths is no Market Place Smiths but its open 24hrs !!
I had just moved into my condo and so many people promised to help put in my deadbolt lock and time after time, they would never show up. I knew it was time to call in a professional, after reading all the reviews I decided to reach out to Lindon Locksmith Store. Holy Moley!
