Ive been filling prescriptions with Smiths for years, and Ive never had such a terrible experience.The Pharmacy tech I spoke with was dismissive and acted annoyed that I was calling, interrupting me mid sentence to get my account details. The first time I called he put me on hold, transferred me without saying anything and the system disconnected the call. When I called back I was told that the policy is that in order to get one of my meds filled I would need to commit to filling ALL my meds with them. The manager couldn’t p... read more
The woman at the pharmacy was extremely rude from the beginning. I needed my insulin and she refused to help me because there were “20 minutes until we close”. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid this Smith’s
Horrible. Had kidney surgery, pharmacy chose NOT to fill something because there was an over the counter option. Did not communicate this to my husband. After a night of EXTREME pain I called the next morning they told me it was cheaper for over the counter and that was why. So my husband goes back down. Punches the over the counter. 6 doses.
