Very hard working pharmacists and technicians at this Smiths pharmacy. The wait is never long and they are always friendly.. I appreciate Smiths and thier hard working employees.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service I received was extremely poor. The lady in the black uniform at the front was rude and dismissive. She first told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I did, only to be told to come back in one hour. When I returned again, they told me to sit and wait without giving me any clear timeframe. I was spoken to in a way that felt belittling, like I was a child, not a customer. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
