ive been seeling gold there and buying from there and getting nlmy jewlery repairs there i tryed to sell some gold and they ask where do you get this sruff from ??..horrible i will never backthey lost my buisness after all them years !!!

I’m very happy I chose to have my wedding ring repair done here! Erika was so nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my ring and diamond replacement in their hands. I thought I was taking it in to just have the center diamond fixed. After she inspected it and suggested I have the 10 prongs that were weak fixed I was hesitant because I didn’t want to spend so much, I am glad I listened to her. When picking it up I noticed that one of the smaller diamonds was missing, they fixed it right away and I still had my ring back on... read more
The rudest personnel I have ever witnessed or experienced in a jewelry store. Inexcusable.
We were getting ready to celebrate our 25th anniversary and came to Smith Jewelers to have several rings combined into one. Erica greeted us and immediately was excited about our idea. She worked with the designer and us to come up with the perfect ring. She was amazing to work with and very knowledge. Since then we've recommend, a Niece, Nephew, Grandmother and Sister. We've have been repeat customers ourselves. We highly recommend Smith Jewelers and tell Erica we said hello.
We love Smith Jewelers!! Love the staff and love the stuff! Very special people!
