My husband saw someone from Smith's working on a neighbor’s house and went to talk with them about our A/C-Heat unit not working. We called Smith's to set up an appointment ,the very next day Mike W came out. He was great and explained everything that would be needed to done. We knew our unit was gone and would need to be replaced. This was on a Friday and the very next Monday the work was started and finished on Tuesday. Great service, honest and best prices on new heat pump package units. Tim (the owner) checks all work himself to make sure you are getting what you pay for. I've used Roscoe Brown and other big companies around here and never again. Smith has my business now.
I contacted Smith's Heat and Cooling concerning installing a new heat pump at my house. After contacting 5 different companies all with A+ rating from BBB, there was only two that gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the ductwork under my house. Smith's is a company that you can trust concerning what needs to be done. The quote I was given was very reasonable. I would recommend calling this company for any of your heat and air needs.
I have used this company 3 times over the past 1 1/2 years (summer 2006 and 2007) and will never use another company. This last time I used them, my A/C had quit working, the temperatures outside were 102, I made the call Friday morning and had air that night. The prices are very reasonable and you are not pushed into purchasing something that you really do not need. If Tim feels the unit needs to be replaced, he will tell you but if that's not something you are prepard to do then he will do what he can to fix the unit. I wo... read more
