RecommendedThe Smith’s in Evanston is always very clean and the employees are over the top kind and efficient. Also their fruits and vegetables are really nice. My only complaint would be to better monitor the shelves as many times I’ve went home to find items having their dates expired. Especially meats and breads.
Smith will no longer accept VISA. I guess customers are not valued if they want to avoid getting a Smith's Credit Card. Although they couch their decision as one to keep costs down; it must not be true since Albertsons, Lins and Harmons have not raised prices on their goods.
