I think they were awesome to work with, I mainly worked with Blake and he was helpful with everything! He was easy to ask questions to and quickly reponded to me! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Blake told us what to do to get our house prepared for our showing, and he brought us a full price offer the first day it showed! Blake and Sonya negotiated with our buyers to let us stay for 2 weeks after closing, so that we didn't have to move twice, which gave the sellers of our new house time to get their move in order as well. I definitely recommend working with The Smithing Group. It was a fantastic experience for my family.
