My experience with SMS was great! Tori was very helpful in the whole process. Hope I don't have to, but if I did I would rent there again. Definitely reccomend.

I have rented here for 5 years and the management was very responsive and they do a great job making sure my contents were secure.
Great company to deal with. Torie was a big help to me in trying to figure out what size and move day and how long I might have the storage unit. Prepaid 3 months which was a big help...didn't have to worry about the bill each month. We moved everything out, I called Torie and she processed the move out immediately. Great company !!!!!
I rented a storage unit for one year, Tori the manager… Is an amazing person she was always offering her help in anyway needed she’s a very kind and compassionate person, I have no complaints as to my Storage experience.I totally recommend this place
Quick response to my questions and concerns, easy registration, informative and convenient website, the unit was clean with no sign of rodents and very easy access. Overall it was a good stress-free experience.
