I recently attended this office to have an Immigration Exam. The appointment itself was great, quick and easy, Dr. Fackovec was incredibly knowledgeable. The staff at reception were INCREDIBLE, huge HUGE shoutout to Karen as she was super helpful throughout the process, and even after I made a mistake on my paperwork she still went above and beyond to help me fix it. I highly recommend Smithfield, the doctors are wonderful and the staff are just amazing.
I have been seeing Dr. Fackovec for over 30 years. He and his staff are top notch.
I called and i try to explain my situation with them and the green card . the lady at front desk told me she don’t have time to listen to my story . When I was talking to her explaining and she also hang up ! The other times I called
Have been a patient of Dr. Fackovec’s for about 5 years. He and his staff has always been professional, kind and effective. Very knowledgeable doctor but also very accessible. Never had any issues getting an appointment or reaching him if needed. Highly recommend plus convenient downtown location for those who work in the city. Very highly recommend.
Dr. Fakovec was incredibly professional and kind. Office staff are pleasant. I wish I knew about them earlier - if I wasn’t moving I would have had Dr. Fakovec as my PCP. Honest prices too. Highly recommend!
