The receptionist was not welcoming and responded in a dismissive manner. Clearer communication and a more courteous approach would improve the experience.

I recently attended this office to have an Immigration Exam. The appointment itself was great, quick and easy, Dr. Fackovec was incredibly knowledgeable. The staff at reception were INCREDIBLE, huge HUGE shoutout to Karen as she was super helpful throughout the process, and even after I made a mistake on my paperwork she still went above and beyond to help me fix it. I highly recommend Smithfield, the doctors are wonderful and the staff are just amazing.
